Role- Process Consultant (ServiceNow ITAM – Business Analyst)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Job Type: Full time/Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITAM implementations.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications/user stories.

- Design and improve IT Asset Management processes (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).

- Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Support UAT, documentation, process mapping, and client communication.

- Recommend ITAM best practices aligned with business needs.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong Business Analyst/Process Consultant expertise.

- Hands-on experience in ITAM (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).

- Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle, Software Licensing, Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM.

- Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, UAT, and Agile methodology.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
