Purposeof the Position:

ConductVDA 6.3 process audits and manage process releases during 0-Series and SOP toensure compliance with group requirements.

Evaluateand release current or modified production processes to ensure quality, capacity,and technical feasibility.

Planand execute process audits, releases, and checks, including coordination withinternal departments and group/brand auditors.

Identifyprocess risks through structured process checks and support LTF (Leistung TestFertigung) activities.

Driveprocess improvement by analyzing findings, implementing corrective actions, andensuring their effectiveness and sustainability.

Authority:

Evaluateand approve process audit, process release, and process check reports.

Selectaudit and process release teams.

Decideclosure and assign status of internal and Konzern/Brand audit, process release,and process check observations based on effectiveness.

Releaseaudit, process release, process check, and LTF reports along with updatedstatus.

Escalatemajor nonconformities and unresolved issues to management and Head ProcessCompliance Release.

KeyResponsibilities Tasks:

Prepareannual plans and conduct process audits, process releases, process checks, andLTF audits as per VDA 6.3 and management requirements.

Planand conduct opening and closing meetings with auditees and concerneddepartments.

Performshop-floor process evaluation and verify compliance with VDA 6.3 guidelines.

Finalizeprocess release for 0 Series and SOP of new projects with clear outcomeassessment.

Prepare,review, and release detailed audit, process release, process check, and LTFreports.

Track,review, and communicate status of open observations to stakeholders andmanagement.

Verifyeffectiveness of corrective actions and ensure closure and sustenance ofobservations.

Analyzeaudit and process findings to conclude process status and identify risks.

Drivecontinuous process improvements from audit, process release, and process checkobservations.

Coordinatewith CFT and support closure of observations during process release activities.

Collaboratewith Konzern/Brand auditors for audits and process validation.

Participatein new process concept discussions to ensure optimization, smooth production,and cost efficiency.

Escalatemajor and long-pending unresolved observations to management.

Ensuretimely communication of process release and process check status.

Ensureachievement of sectional goals and targets.

Coordinatewith production shops for corrective action planning and closure of processcheck, LTF audit, process release, and VDA 6.3 audit observations

Plan,conduct, and monitor LTF activities for current projects during PVS, 0-Series, andSOP stages.

Ensureimplementation of product-related deviations in pre-series builds.

Organizeand follow up on process check and audit review meetings with CFT for timelyclosure of observations.

Drivequality improvement initiatives through workshops (3P, KVP, internalimprovements).

Identifyprocess and product risks at early stages and drive effective resolution.

Collaboratewith Type Leader/Headquarters for benchmarking and adoption of best practices.

Monitorand achieve quality targets and KPIs.

Organization:

Coordinateand communicate across departments for smooth execution of process audits,process releases, process checks, and LTF activities.

Supportplants/shops in corrective action planning and implementation for processnon-conformances.

Ensureeffective information sharing and alignment between shops, plants, andstakeholders.

Manageand coordinate LTF team activities, including planning of suitabilityverification for processes, products, and logistics.

Conductsustenance checks of critical observations and update management on status.

Reviewquality performance data for audit and process check preparation.

Systems:

Ensureharmonization of internal and external audits across QMS, EMS, EnMS, IT, andOHSMS systems.

Maintainand manage documentation related to process audits, process releases, processchecks, and LTF activities as per QMS requirements.
