Roles and responsibilities

- Execute cover layouts based on approved creative direction, including the overall look, layout structure, photography style, and image treatments.
- Ensure that the Clipp front and back cover branding guidelines are maintained while also exploring creative solutions that both adhere to these guidelines and effectively incorporate the client’s vision.
- Translate editorial themes into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage typography,



layout composition, and image retouching with precision.
- Prepare both print-ready and digital files according to production specifications.
- Ensure design consistency and high visual quality across all issues.
- Bring experience in editorial or print design, with robust attention to detail.
- Assess required image manipulations, such as cloning and extending artwork, using Photoshop/AI techniques.

Technical and Functional Skills

- Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop,)
- Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
- Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
- Knowledge of a wide variety of image, audio, and video file formats, converting from one format to another, and the software required to perform such tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks, meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team
