About the Role
Neutrino Advisory is looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our Enterprise Platforms practice. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role focused on designing, developing, and supporting modern SharePoint Online solutions for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), up-to-date SharePoint development, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enjoys solving complex business problems through scalable technical solutions. Since this is a client-facing role, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Build custom web parts, extensions and reusable components using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types and site templates.
- Build integrations with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Design scalable information architecture,



metadata and document management solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, performance and security issues across SharePoint environments.
- Participate in solution design discussions, effort estimation and technical reviews.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow development best practices including source control, code reviews and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SharePoint Online development.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/SCSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PnP Framework / PnP JS.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 servi
