Role: Lead STARLIMS Developer
Location: Chennai ONE IT Park, North Block, 4th Floor, Pallavaram, Phase II, 200 Feet Radial Rd, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097, India
Work Arrangement: Onsite
12+ Months Contract
Experience: 10+ years

Key Requirement:
Candidates MUST have hands-on STARLIMS development experience. Please do not submit candidates with only LabVantage, LabWare, SampleManager, or other LIMS platforms unless they also have direct STARLIMS experience.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of .NET and Oracle/SQL/database application development
- Strong hands-on STARLIMS experience within laboratory environments
- STARLIMS development and customization
- STARLIMS workflow configuration
- STARLIMS testing and deployment
- Requirements gathering/analysis with laboratory and business users
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- WCF and RESTful Web Services
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle PL/SQL
- Visual Studio
- Git, TFS, Bitbucket,



or similar source control
- Jira and Confluence
- Experience troubleshooting complex application/system failures and performance issues
- Ability to lead technically, mentor developers, and work independently with business and technical stakeholders

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory domain experience
- Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) experience
- GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
