nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead BI development and support the team in delivering high-quality, scalable data and analytics solutions.
nThis role requires robust hands-on expertise in SQL, Power BI/BI tools, data engineering, and data visualization, along with the ability to guide developers, review their work, solve technical challenges, and drive projects from requirement to delivery.

- Lead and guide the BI team across multiple client projects and technical challenges.n
- Design and develop advanced, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.n
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries across different data sources.n
- Build robust data models, data pipelines, and transformation workflows.n
- Work with data sources such as BigQuery, Azure SQL, APIs, Excel, and cloud platforms.n
- Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, calculated fields, and business logic.n
- Review team members' dashboards, SQL, data models, and overall technical work.n
- Mentor developers and help them improve their technical and problem-solving skills.n
- Own BI projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment.n
