The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, real-time architectures , and backend system design, along with proven experience driving technical decisions and owning systems end-to-end. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services using Python. • Own technical direction and architectural decisions for backend systems. • Design and develop robust REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. • Build real-time communication systems, including WebSocket-based services. • Drive performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security. • Lead performance optimization, monitoring, debugging, and production issue resolution. • Establish best practices around code quality, testing,
