nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead – .NET who can take ownership of critical product development, contribute hands-on to coding and architecture, and lead and mentor a team of developers.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server and enterprise application development, along with proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, production support and stakeholder collaboration.

nKey Responsibilities
nLead and mentor a team of software developers and drive technical delivery.
nDesign, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core.
nDevelop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
nDesign and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures and queries.
nParticipate in architecture and technical design discussions.
nConduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, scalability and maintainability.
nTroubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
nCollaborate with Product, Business Analysts, QA and DevOps teams.
nTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
nOwn deliverables throughout the complete SDLC – design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
nIdentify opportunities for performance improvement, automation and engineering best practices.
nEnsure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality and secure code.
