Position: Process Associate | Customer Care Executive | Customer Service Executive Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Locations: Hyderabad,Bangalore (Bengaluru),Jaipur,Gurugram

Salary

- Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.00 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 6.50 LPA
- Salary depends on experience, communication skills, interview performance, and process.

Work Details
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shifts: Day Shifts Rotational Shifts
- Process: Voice / Non-Voice / Chat / Email Support
- US Rotational Shifts: Available for applicable international processes
- Transportation: 2-Way Transport for eligible US rotational shift employees, up to 30 km, subject to company policy.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet required quality and productivity targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Freshers Experienced candidates can apply! Candidates Should Have

- 10+2, 10+3, Diploma, Undergraduate, Graduate, Any Graduate, Any Degree, Any Stream
- Good English communication skills .
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling skills.
