We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Process Associates to join our team. The role involves international outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, prospect research, and market research for the US market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good research abilities, and the confidence to interact with potential clients and decision-makers in the US market.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and cold calls to potential prospects in the US market.
- Identify and research potential companies, prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads based on the required business criteria.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant prospect information.
- Understand the basic requirements and business needs of potential prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the Business Development/Sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, research, and follow-up activities.
- Update lead information and call outcomes in CRM systems, Excel, or other internal tools.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calling, research, and lead generation.
- Handle basic objections professionally and maintain a positive approach during conversations.





Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good confidence in speaking with international clients and prospects.
- Robust cold calling and outbound calling skills.
- Good internet research and lead research abilities.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Ability to identify companies and decision-makers relevant to the target market.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.
- Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of the US market.

Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers with excellent communication and research skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in International Voice Process, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Market Research will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with US clients or the US market is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
