What You’ll Do:
- Learn the Basics: Understand Lenskart’s store operations, products, and technology.
- Deliver Great Service: Help customers find the perfect eyewear and ensure a excellent in-store experience.
- Drive Sales: Meet sales targets using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Master Operations: Handle inventory, visual merchandising, and order processing.
- Lead the Team: Motivate team members and gradually take responsibility for store performance.
Who We’re Looking For:
- MBA fresher; prior sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
