- Manage Wealth/Portfolio Management (PWM) business through the assigned bank branch network.
- Build solid relationships with bank staff and high-value customers to generate life insurance business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
- Drive lead generation, sales conversion, and achievement of assigned business targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with Relationship Managers/Branch Managers.
- Ensure quality business, proper documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Track business performance and maintain strong relationships with the banca partner.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Experience working with banking channels/HNI customers preferred.
