Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and implement global printing strategies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all regions.

- Establish and maintain relationships with global printing vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that printed materials meet global standards and specific brand guidelines across different markets.

- Monitor and analyze costs associated with printing operations globally, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Evaluate and enhance printing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows on a global scale.

- Oversee the execution of large-scale printing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while coordinating efforts across different regions.

- Ensure that all printing activities adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies across all countries of operation.

Qualifications

- 9+ years exp

Professional Skills

- Sound experience in IT service management

- Knowledge of common hardware and software solutions in the print environment

- Experience in dealing with customers and external partners

- Technical knowledge:





- Understanding of IT infrastructures, network and server technologies

- Knowledge of service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)

- Experience in incident, problem and change management

Soft Skill

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- High customer orientation and sense of responsibility

- Ability to work under pressure in a structured and solution-oriented manner
