Qualifications:

Required Educational Background:

- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in Computer Science
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communications, Electronics
- Not from Electrical – Power or Electrical – Instrumentation backgrounds

Years of Experience:
- 12+ years (Preferred: 15+ years)

Programming (Mandatory)
- Extensive hands-on Software/Firmware development experience using C++

Programming (Mandatory)
- Extensive hands-on Software/Firmware development experience using C

Programming (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of system-level scripting languages such as:
- Python
- Perl
- Shell
- Lua eClient

Programming / System (Preferred)
- Good to have MATLAB programming experience
- Experience in designing simulations using C++/MATLAB

Design / System (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of system architecture
- Experience designing complex algorithms
- Expertise in object-oriented design including:
- Data structures
- Design principles

Process (Mandatory)
- Experience in product/project development using industry-standard SDLC
- Ability to create standard documentation such as:
- SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
- SDD (Software Design Document)

Hardware (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of:
- Hardware architecture
- SOC architecture
- Processor architecture





Design (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on debugging experience

Soft Skills (Mandatory)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

System (Preferred)
- Experience in Windows/Linux device driver development

Domain (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of development experience in the Storage domain
