About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevOps Engineer (AWS) responsible for design, automating, and managing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure on AWS while
- guiding teams in DevOps best practices.

Essential Job Functions:

- A cloud enthusiast with a proactive mindset.

- Comfortable with large-scale AWS migrations and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

- Passionate about automation, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Able to balance hands-on technical work with mentorship and leadership responsibilities.

- Cloud Infrastructure Design: Architect and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance systems on AWS.

- Automation & CI/CD: Implement and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to manage infrastructure consistently.

- Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS on AWS).

- Monitoring & Reliability: Ensure system availability, performance, and resilience using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.

- Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks.

- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery and operations.

- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers,



set DevOps standards, and drive innovation across teams

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, with at least 8 years in AWS environments

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience: Typically 10 + years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, with at least 6-8 years in AWS environments.

- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, etc.).

- Automation Tools: Strong grasp of Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

- Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.

- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, NPM.

- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm.

- Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership.

Positive to have:

- Multi-Cloud Knowledge

- Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud setups.

DevSecOps Practices

- - Integration of security scanning tools (Snyk, Aqua) into CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Leadership & Strategy

- Experience driving cloud adoption roadmaps.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and align DevOps practices with business goals.

- Soft Skills





- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
