- Demo Workplace set up and management

- Ensure demo systems are updated with the latest product features and data sets.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize demo setups.

- Create reusable demo templates and scripts for faster turnaround.

- Maintain a repository of demo assets, RFP templates, and best practices.

- Client Facing Demos and Presentations

- Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals

- Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.

- Customize demo flows based on audience type (technical, business, executive).

- Address client queries during demos and provide real-time solutioning.

- Capture feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams for continuous improvement.

- RFP/RFI Management
- Draft compelling and customized responses that align with client needs and highlight solution strengths.

- Track submission timelines and ensure compliance with client expectations.

- Providing market inputs




- Providing input to product management on market demand and functional requirements in future releases

- Stay updated on product enhancements, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
