We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong command of the Hindi language and literature among students. You will create a supportive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, builds core communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and promotes an appreciation for Indian culture, poetry, and traditions.Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning &
- Delivery:
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB framework).
- Language Skill Development: Cultivate students' foundational and advanced language skills, covering vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and structured writing.
- Cultural Appreciation: Instill a deep sense of appreciation for Hindi literature, poetry, and heritage through creative classroom discussions and storytelling.
- Interactive Activities: Organize and conduct fun language-based events such as elocution, debates, essay writing, quizzes, group discussions, and theatre plays to promote active learning.
- Assessment &
- Evaluation:
Design regular tests, evaluate student assignments, monitor academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to support diverse student needs.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and vibrant classroom environment that keeps students motivated and engaged.
- Parent-Teacher Collaboration:
Maintain clear and routine communication with parents/guardians to share updates regarding academic progress, behavior, and student growth.
- Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and institutional workshops to keep teaching methodologies up to date.
Required Qualifications &
- Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature / Education or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Teaching Certification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory. A CTET / TET qualification is a solid advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of experience teaching Hindi in a reputed school environment. Freshers with exceptional subject command and communication skills may also be considered.

- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Hindi, alongside professional proficiency in English.
- Pedagogical Skills: Excellent classroom management skills with a patient, student-focused, and empathetic approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to integrate digital tools, educational software, and multimedia resources into traditional classroom teaching.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with grade-level teachers, HODs, and school management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
