Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Academic Coordinator & Pri-Primary academic coordinator to lead the academic and operational excellence of the Primary Wing. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality education in line with CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the academic functioning of the Primary Section.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and school policies.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate teachers to enhance teaching quality.
- Conduct lesson observations, academic audits, and regular performance reviews.
- Plan and monitor assessments, timetables, annual calendars, and co-curricular activities.
- Track student performance and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.




- Organize teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents by addressing academic concerns and conducting PTMs.
- Coordinate with the Principal and other departments to ensure smooth school operations.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning workplace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, with at least 3 years in an academic leadership or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessments, and academic planning.
- Fluent Communication skills
