Job Summary We are looking for creative, inquisitive, and detail-oriented Presentation Specialists to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a global technology finance team. The role involves creating, executing, and transforming data into compelling presentation formats for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced information design knowledge and be able to take sketches and ideas and turn them into presentations with graphics, information visualizations, and animations. Presentation Specialists should have expertise in using Keynote and PowerPoint to ensure consistency in the look, feel, and voice of internal and external presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate data into clear and visually compelling presentation slides.
- Create and transform data into presentation formats, including Investor Day decks, Operating Committee (OC) review decks, and other types of presentations.
- Develop presentations using the Microsoft Office suite, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Create visually compelling materials for internal stakeholders.




- Apply principles of graphic design and information visualization to presentations.
- Take sketches and ideas and transform them into professional presentations with graphics, visualizations, and animations.
- Partner and work closely with finance teams to ensure clarity and provide effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in the look, feel, and voice of presentations.
- Support the creation and transformation of presentations in line with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to translate data into presentation slides.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with client pitch books.
- Consulting background with exposure to technology industries.
- Advanced information design knowledge.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Keynote.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Ability to create graphics, information visualizations, and animations.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Creative, inquisitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust ability to think creatively and develop effective design solutions.
