Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day press shop production activities.
- Operate and monitor power presses, hydraulic presses, and related machines.
- Set up dies, tools, and machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor sheet metal pressing, bending, punching, and forming operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine, die, and production-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Ensure proper inspection of components during production.
- Maintain production records, machine reports, and documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S in the press shop.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
