Job Title: Presales Specialist (PSS)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in Product Presales, preferably within the Enterprise CPaaS/SaaS domain
- Strong understanding of the CPaaS/SaaS market, technical solutions and competitive landscape
- Deep knowledge of OTT communication channels, particularly WhatsApp Business and RCS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, business, technical, CSD and partner teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute presales strategies for CPaaS, WhatsApp and RCS solutions across relevant industry verticals
- Develop compelling value propositions and customized solution proposals for prospective clients
- Translate technical capabilities into business-focused solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations and strategic discussions with key decision-makers
- Manage and contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals and commercial bids




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent business opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Technical, CSD and Partner teams to understand and communicate solution capabilities and differentiators
- Support customer success and drive growth of wallet share across assigned accounts and domains
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies across CPaaS and OTT platforms
- Stay updated with developments within the Meta and Google ecosystems, particularly WhatsApp Business and RCS

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- We are looking for a presales professional who can bridge the gap between technology and business, understand enterprise communication requirements, and effectively position CPaaS/OTT solutions to customers.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in CPaaS, Enterprise Messaging, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS platforms, API integrations, technical presales, solution consulting, customer demos and RFP/RFI handling will be preferred.
