Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Presales Manager to drive the complete Pre Sales activities right from understanding the customer requirements, preparing solution documents, giving technical presentation to the customer etc preferably from DMS / Agentic AI solutioning background.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Enterprise IT solutions, understanding the customer requirement, designing the solution, preparing and giving the presentation to the customer, preparing the technical solution documents for the bid, He should have knowledge of DMS / AI solution/ hardware sizing and preferred from BFSI background. He should be able to prepare the hardware sizing requirement in any solution, should understand the RFP/ RFI /RFQ /EOI and prepare the broad level of solution requirements , pre bid queries and engage with the customer for any technical points. The role will act as a bridge between sales, technology, and delivery teams to create winning solutions and support successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead presales activities for BFSI customers including banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end technology solutions.
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and prepare compliance matrices, technical proposals, and solution documents.
- Develop solution architecture, presentations, effort estimates, BOM/BOQ, and costing inputs.




- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and POCs.
- Support sales teams in client meetings, solution discussions etc
- Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and internal teams for solution alignment.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from presales to delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 8+ years of experience in IT Presales / Solution Consulting/ DMS / Agentic AI solutions/ Hardware sizing.
- Strong DMS / AI domain experience with exposure to banking, insurance, or financial services clients.
- Experience in handling enterprise RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and large solution bids.
- Valuable understanding of digital transformation, DMS, workflow automation and enterprise applications.
- Strong solution design, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, solution positioning, and competitive analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science.
- MBA (Marketing/IT) preferred.
- Experience working with large BFSI organizations and IT services/system integration companies.

- Strong customer-facing presales professional with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage opportunities from requirement gathering to proposal submission.
- Experience in creating impactful solution proposals and supporting business closures.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
