Key Requisites

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Confident in speaking with customers/clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred
- Sales or presales experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and business needs
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations




- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other presales documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain lead and customer records
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets
