We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant / Presales Lead with strong technical and solutioning expertise across SaaS, Cloud (AWS/Azure), IoT, Industry 4.0, and Enterprise Software . The role focuses on enabling the sales team with solution design, demos, PoCs, proposals, and technical validation to win enterprise deals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement discovery , assess business challenges, and design suitable SaaS/Cloud/IoT solutions .
- Prepare and deliver high-impact demos, PoCs, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders from CXOs to operational teams.
- Develop RFP/RFQ responses, techno-commercial proposals, pricing models , and competitive value propositions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure accurate solution design and seamless deal execution.
- Drive pilot deployments , manage customer expectations, and ensure smooth pilot-to-production conversion.
- Support cloud-based configurations,



basic troubleshooting, and visualization using tools such as Kibana , Grafana , or Tableau/PowerBI .
- Build solid technical credibility and trust with enterprise customers across US, Europe, Middle East, ASEAN .

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure) , SaaS architectures, IoT/Industry 4.0 workflows.
- Hands-on experience with demos, PoCs, customer workshops, and solution pitches.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho) , Confluence/Jira , Tableau/PowerBI , and cloud deployment tools.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and influence stakeholder decisions.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

- MBA or equivalent business qualification
- AWS Solution Architect, ITIL, Agile SAFe, PMP (Preferred)
