About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and developing strong client relationships.

Candidates with consistent career progression and good tenure with previous organizations will be preferred. We are specifically looking for professionals who demonstrate stability in their career and have not made frequent job changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure effective follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Track sales pipelines, conversions, collections,



and overall business performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and forecasts with senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong and relevant experience in the real estate industry is essential.
- Career stability is highly preferred: candidates should demonstrate reasonable tenure with previous employers and a consistent career history, with no frequent job changes.
