We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Team Member to join our team at Nambiar Builders. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, including calls and inquiries, into successful site visits and client engagements.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively understand client needs and articulate how Properties of Nambiar Builder's can meet those needs.

 Managing Calls & Prospect Generation: Conduct high volume outbound / inbound calls to clients and introduce our real estate properties and offerings.

Engage in meaningful conversations, clarify information and understand client needs.

 Prospect Generation & Information Sharing: Possess detailed knowledge of the Nambiar Properties and provide accurate information about available properties, including features, amenities, pricing etc.

 Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner to nurture leads, warm-up existing old leads and provide additional information as needed.
