Presales Executive –
- Make outbound calls and cold calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Convince prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Update customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and prospects.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to the manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
