Pre-Sales Engineer – Government | IT Infrastructure - Noida

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer – Government with strong experience in IT Infrastructure Solution Design, Compute, Storage, HCI and Backup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RFP/RFQ analysis, solution architecture and proposal preparation, preferably for Government/PSU or enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions covering servers, storage, HCI and backup.
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs, understand technical & business requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Work closely with Government and PSU customers to gather requirements and recommend suitable infrastructure solutions.
- Participate throughout the RFP lifecycle, including solution planning, technical documentation and proposal submission.
- Right-size server and storage configurations based on workloads, performance, scalability and budget.
- Prepare optimized and cost-effective infrastructure proposals.
- Conduct customer meetings and present technical solutions, architectures and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, technical and cross-functional teams to deliver successful bids.
- Stay updated with emerging IT infrastructure technologies and industry trends.

Key Skills




- Strong knowledge of Servers, Storage, HCI and Backup Solutions.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Solution Design / Pre-Sales.
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/Tender processes and technical proposal preparation.
- Experience working with Enterprise / Government / PSU customers preferred.
- Ability to perform solution sizing, configuration and optimization.
- Solid communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proactive, collaborative and willing to learn emerging technologies.

Preferred OEM / Technology Exposure Experience or certifications in technologies from Dell, HPE, Nutanix, VMware or other leading infrastructure OEMs will be highly preferred.

Education

Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
