- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analytics capabilities to interpret client requirements, workflows, and documentation.

- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, requirement elicitation, and documentation of functional specifications.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present solutions, and prepare clear pre-sales documentation.

- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, including solution selling support, understanding of sales cycles, and collaboration with sales teams.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field;

experience in enterprise software, BPM, or DMS is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple client engagements, and use tools for process modeling, documentation, and presentations.

- Solid problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with regulated sectors like NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Government are beneficial.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
