Patient Relations Executive (PRE)
We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive (PRE) to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and their attendants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with queries, appointments, registration, and hospital services.
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and different hospital departments.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain patient records, documentation, and basic MIS reports.
- Support day-to-day hospital operations as required.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA / MBA Hospital Management / Healthcare Management
- Experience: Freshers are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
