Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, field-savvy pre-event publicity executive to join our operations team. This is an on-ground, field-based role focused on generating awareness and driving footfall by promoting our upcoming expos and exhibitions directly to potential visitors and customers in the days and weeks leading up to each event.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out on-ground,



field publicity activities to build awareness and drive footfall ahead of each event.
- Distribute promotional materials (flyers, passes, standees, etc.) at high-footfall locations relevant to the

target audience.
- Engage directly with the public to inform and invite them to company's events.
- Identify and cover strategic locations/areas for publicity based on target audience and event location.
- Coordinate with the events and marketing team to align field activity with the overall pre-event promotion plan.
- Track and report daily field activity and reach and on-ground feedback.
- Support with on-the-day event operations as required.

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in field marketing or field publicity is required; freshers with relevant field experience (internships, campus activations, on-ground promotions, etc.) are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable with an active, on-the-move, field-based role.
- Valuable communication and people skills; comfortable engaging with the public directly.
- Well-organized, reliable, and able to independently cover assigned areas/territories.
- Basic familiarity with the local area (Pune) preferred.
