Karur
- Receive and analyze customer orders, production plans, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production plans based on order quantity, delivery date, capacity, and material availability.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, stores, purchase, quality, dyeing, processing, packing, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly production schedules for weaving, knitting, dyeing, processing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Monitor production progress against the planned schedule.
- Track Order / Work Order status from raw material to finished goods.
- Check availability of yarn, fabric, dyes, trims, labels, packing materials, and other required inputs.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action with the concerned departments.
- Maintain WIP (Work in Progress) and finished-goods status.
- Follow up on material shortages and coordinate with purchase/stores to avoid production delays.
- Monitor production capacity and machine loading.
- Prepare daily MIS reports covering planned vs. actual production, pending orders, WIP, shortages, and dispatch status.
- Ensure production is aligned with customer delivery dates.
- Coordinate with quality teams to minimize rejection, rework, and production delays.
- Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, packing,
and dispatch schedules.
- Escalate delays, capacity constraints, quality issues, and material shortages to management.
- Maintain production planning records and update ERP/MRP systems.
