We are looking for a Pre-Alert Air Freight Executive to handle pre-alert documentation and coordinate air export/import shipments with overseas agents, customers, airlines, and internal operations teams. The role requires robust attention to detail, timely communication, and good knowledge of air freight documentation and shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send pre-alerts to overseas agents, customers, and destination offices within the required timelines.
- Verify shipment documents such as MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents.
- Check shipment details, including flight schedule, AWB number, pieces, weight, volume, consignee, and destination.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and internal teams for smooth shipment handling.
- Ensure all shipment information is accurate before sending the pre-alert.
- Follow up on flight status, departure, arrival,



and shipment delivery.
- Share timely updates regarding delays, schedule changes, document discrepancies, or other shipment issues.
- Maintain proper records of pre-alerts and shipment-related correspondence.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure customer and overseas agent requirements are followed.
- Monitor pending pre-alerts and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.
- Handle customer and agent queries related to shipment documentation and status.
- Follow company procedures and applicable air freight and customs requirements.
