Main Purpose of Job To understand monthly Plan, scheduling of work centres shift wise, timely plan release, adjustments and prioritization based on existing scenarios in shop floor to achieve over all Ticket resulting in increase of productivity, OEE.

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

- Scheduling of work centres as per master plan requirement
- Coordination and timely communication
- Timely decision making, prioritizing of options
- Plan release on time
- Monitoring achievement Vs Plan
- On time reporting for any major deviations from plan
- Monitoring of MES data for any deviation
- Continuous improvement related to planning activity
- Participate 5S and ATQM activities

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

- Valuable analytical & Logical reasoning • Knowledge on Inventory Management • Decision Making • Communication Skills • Proficiency in use of Ms Excel & power point • Proficiency in use of SAP • Proficiency in use of MES • Knowledge on Preactor tool
