Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar
ITxSential Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically strong and commercially aware PPC / Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), analytics and lead-generation funnels.
This is not a role limited to launching campaigns and reporting CPL.
The person will be responsible for understanding the complete journey from:
Audience → Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Qualification → Sales Follow-up → Conversion
As the majority of our clients operate in service-based B2B sectors including real estate, architecture, construction, builders and developers, the candidate must understand that generating leads is only one part of performance marketing.
The role requires continuous coordination with clients and their sales teams to understand lead quality, qualification, sales feedback and actual conversions, then use that information to improve targeting, messaging, funnels and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Management
Must have strong hands-on knowledge of:
Google Search Ads
Performance Max
Display campaigns
YouTube campaigns
Remarketing and retargeting
Keyword research and search intent analysis
Match type strategy
Negative keyword management
Search Terms analysis
Campaign and ad group architecture
Responsive Search Ads
Audience signals and audience segmentation
Location and geographic targeting
Device, demographic and scheduling optimisation
Bidding strategies including Manual CPC, Maximise Clicks, Maximise Conversions, Target CPA and Target ROAS
Budget allocation and scaling
Quality Score optimisation
Ad Rank and auction dynamics
Impression Share and Lost Impression Share analysis
Competitor and auction insights
Conversion value optimisation where applicable
Campaign experiments and A/B testing The candidate should be capable of auditing an existing Google Ads account and identifying structural, targeting, tracking and conversion issues without depending entirely on automated recommendations.
- Meta Ads Management
Strong practical understanding of:
Meta Ads Manager
Facebook and Instagram advertising
Campaign objective selection
Leads, Sales and Traffic objectives where strategically appropriate
Instant Forms
Website conversion campaigns
Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
Custom Audiences
Lookalike Audiences
Retargeting
Advantage+ audience and placement systems
Audience exclusions
Creative testing
Messaging and offer testing
Campaign Budget Optimisation
Ad Set Budget Optimisation
Placement analysis
Frequency management
Campaign scaling
Lead quality optimisation The candidate must understand the difference between generating cheap leads and commercially valuable leads.
- Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
Must be comfortable working with:
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Google Ads conversion tracking
Meta Pixel
Meta Conversions API fundamentals
UTM tracking
Event and conversion configuration
Form submission tracking
Call and WhatsApp conversion tracking where applicable
Cross-domain tracking fundamentals
Enhanced Conversions
Attribution models
CRM/offline conversion feedback
Funnel and landing-page analytics
Data discrepancies and tracking troubleshooting The candidate should be able to verify whether conversion tracking is actually working instead of assuming platform-reported numbers are accurate.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Paid advertising does not end at the click. The candidate will actively evaluate and improve:
Landing page structure
Above-the-fold messaging
Headlines and value propositions
Calls-to-action
Lead forms and form friction
Mobile landing-page experience
Page speed implications
Trust signals
Social proof
Offer positioning
User journey
Conversion friction
Lead qualification questions
A/B testing opportunities The objective is to improve both conversion rate and lead quality, rather than simply increasing traffic.
- Lead Quality & Sales Conversion Monitoring
This is a critical part of the role. The candidate will coordinate directly with clients and their sales teams to understand:
Which leads are qualified?
Which leads are irrelevant?
Which leads are genuinely interested?
Which leads are unreachable?
Which leads progressed to meetings/site visits/consultations?
Which leads converted into actual business?
What objections are prospects giving?
Which campaigns, keywords, audiences and creatives are producing the strongest opportunities?
Campaign optimisation must incorporate this downstream feedback.
The candidate should gradually optimise toward:
Cost Per Qualified Lead → Cost Per Opportunity → Customer Acquisition Cost rather than evaluating success purely through Cost Per Lead.
- B2B & High-Ticket Service Marketing
The candidate should understand the dynamics of selling high-consideration services where the customer may not convert immediately.
Primary industries include
Architecture
Interior Design
Real Estate
Builders & Developers
Construction
Premium Qualified Services
Other B2B and high-ticket service businesses
Understanding longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, trust building, remarketing and lead nurturing will be important.
- Marketing Psychology & Consumer Behaviour
The candidate should have a practical understanding of:
Customer intent
Search psychology
Buyer motivation
Pain points
Objections
Trust signals
Risk perception
Decision-making behaviour
Offer positioning
Messaging hierarchy
Urgency and scarcity when genuinely applicable
Audience awareness levels
High-intent vs low-intent traffic The person should be able to explain why someone would click, enquire and eventually buy, rather than relying only on platform targeting.
- Client Communication & Coordination
Strong communication is mandatory.
The candidate will
Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance.
Conduct structured discussions around lead quality and conversion feedback.
Coordinate with clients' sales teams.
Ask the right questions instead of accepting vague feedback such as "leads are bad."
Translate sales feedback into actionable advertising changes.
Clearly explain performance issues and optimisation decisions.
Present reports in language clients can understand.
Set realistic expectations regarding CPL, lead quality, testing and scaling.
Maintain professional communication across calls, meetings, WhatsApp and email.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
The candidate will monitor and report metrics including:
CTR
CPC
CPM
CPL
CPA
Conversion Rate
Cost Per Qualified Lead
Lead-to-Qualified-Lead Rate
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Impression Share
Search Lost IS
Frequency
ROAS where revenue attribution is available
Customer Acquisition Cost where measurable
Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate
Reports should provide insights and actions, not simply screenshots or exported platform data.
- Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
The candidate will be expected to: Conduct market and competitor research.
Build paid acquisition strategies based on client objectives.
Develop keyword and audience strategies.
Recommend campaign budgets and allocation.
Identify funnel bottlenecks.
Develop testing roadmaps.
Coordinate creative requirements with design/content teams.
Analyse ad creatives from a performance perspective.
Continuously test audiences, offers, messaging, landing pages and campaign structures.
Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
Reduce wasted advertising spend.
Maintain documentation of tests, findings and optimisation decisions.
