Hiring: Head – Electric Powertrain (EPT)

Experience: Senior Leadership Role

Education: B.E. Electrical / Mechanical (Mandatory)

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the entire Electric Powertrain (EPT) department from concept to production
- Define EPT architecture, performance targets, and long-term technology roadmap
- Own end-to-end delivery of Battery, EDU, Inverter, and VCU systems
- Provide technical leadership across batteries, motors, inverters, and system integration
- Drive make-vs-buy strategy and ensure cost-effective technical solutions
- Manage high-value supplier contracts and joint development programs
- Collaborate closely with vehicle, manufacturing, and program teams

Skills & Qualifications

- Deep technical expertise in electric powertrain systems and integration
- Solid commercial acumen and supplier management experience
- Proven leadership in scaling and delivering complex EV programs

Preferred Qualification

- M.E. / M.Tech / PhD in Power Electronics, Electric Drives,
