- Define and execute EPT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Oversee design, integration, and validation of battery, motor, inverter, and EDU systems.
- Drive make-vs-buy decisions and manage supplier partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance, cost, and timeline targets.

Required Expertise:

- Robust leadership in electric powertrain development.
- Deep technical knowledge of batteries, motors, inverters, and system integration.
- Commercial acumen for supplier management and cost optimization.
