Role Description This full-time remote Power BI role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, modeling data, building visualizations in Power BI, and ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability. The Power BI professional will collaborate with product, learning, and business teams to translate complex data into clear insights and KPIs, automate reporting processes, and support analytics for learners, programs, and operations.





Daily tasks include connecting to various data sources, optimizing data models, implementing security and governance standards, and documenting solutions for ongoing support and enhancement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and building interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and integrating multiple data sources into cohesive analytical solutions.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, define metrics and KPIs, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and basic data engineering practices.
- Familiarity with education, EdTech, or learning analytics domains is a plus.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality and governance.
- Effective remote collaboration skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with other BI or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel advanced analytics) is an advantage.
