Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service processes, Power Pages. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of business workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have – Understanding setup and implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent / Copilot-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology.

- Solid Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience including configuration and customization.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C#/.NET




- Design and develop Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Implement SSIS-based ETL solutions for data migration and integration using KingswaySoft.
- Build integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIs)
- Experience with SQL and hands on with both on-prem and cloud hosted databases
- Work with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and external system integrations
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of the key phases of software delivery lifecycle and established software
