About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our team as a Technical Specialist.

- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, along with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.

- The role also requires experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various enterprise applications.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop custom apps using Power Apps to streamline business processes. Automate workflows and data processes using Power Automate.

- Perform advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, etc.).

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party applications (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SAP, Salesforce, SNOW).





- Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users and business teams. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform and BI technologies.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 8 years.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience in Power BI development.

- Experience in Power Apps.

- Experience in Power Automate.

- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.

- Experience with REST APIs.

- Experience with JSON.

- Experience with integration tools.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Solid understanding of ETL processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or related technologies (Preferred).

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (Preferred).

- Experience with Azure Synapse (Preferred).

- Experience with Azure SQL Database (Preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Preferred).





- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Preferred).
