Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy automated dashboards and reports using Power BI across enterprise use cases.
- Act as Power BI Administrator managing tenant settings, governance policies, security controls, and usage monitoring.
- Manage Power BI workspaces across Dev, UAT, and Prod environments with proper access control and governance.
- Configure workspace roles, gateways, dataset refreshes and best practices to ensure reliable operations.
- Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS), including dynamic RLS, to enable secure, role-based data access.
- Apply best practices in data modelling, visualization, and UX/UI-driven report design for effective storytelling.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration from GCP, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and high-performance reporting solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to standardize reporting, drive automation, and promote self-service BI adoption.
- Deliver scalable reporting solutions that replace manual processes and support decision-making across all organizational levels.

Minimum Requirements:





- Proven experience in developing enterprise-grade dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Robust coding capabilities in SQL (BigQuery), DAX, and Power Query (M).
- Solid understanding of security models including RBAC, RLS, OLS, and ILS.
- Experience with Power BI administration, including tenant settings, workspace governance, and access management.
- Hands-on experience managing gateways, dataset refreshes, and monitoring Power BI service performance.
- Ability to work with data from a wide range of business domains.
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsable to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferable :

- Basic Understanding of analytics engineering principles (e.g., Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Delta Tables).
- Working experience on Power BI Report Builder for paginated reports
- Working experience in ETL/ELT pipelines using curated frameworks in Google Cloud Platform
- Basic knowledge with Python and Spark is desirable.
