We are looking for a Power BI & HR Reporting Analyst to support the reporting transformation workstream associated with the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will analyse existing SAP-based reports and recreate or optimise them using Power BI and SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing SAP HR reports, dashboards, and reporting logic.
- Analyse KPIs, calculations, data sources, and reporting dependencies.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations using HR data.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
- Validate report outputs and ensure reporting continuity after
migration.
- Support user testing and business validation activities.
- Document report specifications,
calculations, and data models.
- Recommend reporting enhancements and usability improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
- Robust SQL development skills.
- Experience with data modelling and reporting solutions.
- Exposure to HR data, workforce reporting, or people analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP HCM reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Stories, or People
Analytics.
- Experience with Power Query and DAX.
