About The Job:

- Power BI Developers are responsible for building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to help organizations visualize and analyze data effectively for the Newton – Gap Inc Program.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.

- Connect various data sources and transform data using Power Query.

- Implement DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.

- Maintain documentation and support end-users.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- 7–15 years in software development, with 4+ years Relevant BI Experience

- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Solid knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language).

- Strong Experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schema design.

- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field.





- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Factory – ADF, Azure Fabric).

- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik will be a plu
