Role Description This full-time remote Power BI Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decisions. The Power BI Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective data models, and implement visualizations that are explicit, accurate, and user-friendly. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines, performing ETL processes,



integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data quality and reliability.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting performance or data issues, and contributing to best practices for governance, documentation, and BI standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design robust, scalable semantic layers and data structures.
- Candidates should possess experience in building dashboards and interactive reports, with a focus on usability, performance, and visual best practices.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data integration, cleansing, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals) and familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is beneficial.
- Experience working with SQL databases and cloud platforms such as Azure or similar environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in distributed teams, and a structured approach to documentation and version control are expected.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
