- We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer with strong expertise in robotic process automation, SQL-based integrations, and production support.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and supporting Power Automate Desktop solutions while leveraging other RPA technologies and programming languages for enterprise automation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience developing at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows/bots.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database integrations within PAD workflows.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere (1–2 years minimum).
- Experience with one or more programming languages:
- Java
- .NET
- Python
- AngularJS
- Node.js

Experience: 5+ Years Relevant Experience in Power Apps & Power Automate Desktop

Shift Timing: 2 Shift Rotation

- Shift 1: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
- Shift 2: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM IST

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Automate Desktop (PAD) automation workflows and bots.
- Develop and maintain 10+ enterprise-grade PAD automations supporting business processes.
- Integrate SQL queries and database operations with PAD workflows.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing automation solutions.




- Provide support and maintenance for Power Automate projects and production automation environments.
- Support Hypercare activities following production go-live.
- Analyze and resolve automation incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Work with ITSM tools such as:
- ServiceNow
- Remedy
- Jira
- Other ticketing platforms

- Collaborate with business users, support teams, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Develop automation solutions leveraging programming languages where required.
- Participate in automation design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Create technical documentation, process documents, and operational support materials.
- Monitor automation performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience supporting and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Platform

- Experience developing and deploying 10+ Power Automate Desktop automation workflows.
- Strong SQL skills including:

- Data Queries
- Database Integration
- Data Validation
- Stored Procedures (preferred)

- Experience with Automation Anywhere development and support.
- Knowledge of additional RPA platforms such as:

- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Automation Anywhere

- Proficiency in one or more technologies:

- Java
- .NET
- Python
- AngularJS
- Node.js

- Experience supporting enterprise automation projects in production environments.
- Experience using ITSM and ticketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.




- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational afternoon and night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications including:
- Power Automate Desktop
- Power Apps
- Power Platform Fundamentals

- Experience working with enterprise development and support teams.
- Knowledge of automation governance, monitoring, and operational best practices.
