Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Power BI Administrator with strong expertise in Snowflake, Power BI, Advanced Excel, ServiceNow, and ITSM. The candidate will support enterprise data, reporting, analytics, and IT service management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data warehouse and analytics solutions.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Perform Power BI administration, data modeling, report optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and support ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform customizations.

- Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.

- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and automation.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Support testing, deployment,



troubleshooting, and post-production activities.

- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, governance, and enterprise standards.

- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
