Candidate Profile

B.Tech – Chemical Engineering

Strong experience in Paint Shop / Powder Coating Industry

Hands-on knowledge of powder coating processes, paint shop operations & production

Experience in team handling and manpower management

Ability to monitor quality, productivity & production targets

Positive knowledge of process control, troubleshooting & safety standards

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day powder coating / paint shop operations
- Ensure production, quality and productivity targets are achieved
- Handle manpower and coordinate with other departments
- Monitor coating quality and process parameters
- Identify and resolve process-related issues
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

Location: Indore contact -(phone hidden) Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
