Responsibilities

- Mandatory experience – Power Automate
- Manages and supports operational issues and questions raised by the business on Support & Cloud processes and systems
- Perform business analysis and provide guidance on best practices and various approaches as part of the finalized requirements
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals while keeping momentum needed to drive initiatives to completion
- Lead and manage different processes, Tools, Initiatives needed for the support organization
- Manage the different project deliveries (timeline, communication, etc.)
- Provide effective, accurate and timely communications to all stakeholders
- Working with internal business stakeholders and cross-functional project teams in multiple locations.
- Auditing of the deliveries - Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project management processes and tools used within the Support Group.
- Perform business analysis and provide guidance on best practices and possible approaches
- Continually find opportunities for improvements and enhancements in existing tools




- Thinking out-of-the-box for how to improve Support operations.

Education

- A University degree B.E. Bachelor of Engineering or similar - Must

Requirements

- At least 4/5 years of experience in multinational environment in the IT industry
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Powerapps)
- Experience with international customer-facing interaction
- Successful track record in business analysis, setting priorities, shaping processes, and developing an infrastructure that creates a stronger and more efficient organization
- Highly organized, energetic and self-motivated team player with a flexible and creative approach
- Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Support & Cloud operations processes and systems – an advantage
- Ability to build good relationships with the business leaders to understand their business needs and priorities
- Proactive, responsive, and committed to removing roadblocks to fulfill timelines
- Ability to interact well with technical and non-technical people and serve as a bridge to translate complex requirements and concepts
