Role Description The PMI-Certified PMP Freelance Trainer for ILVT (Instructor-Led Virtual Training) will deliver remote project management training sessions aligned with PMI standards and AGS Professional Certifications Institute’s curriculum. This contract role involves preparing training materials, designing interactive virtual classes,



and facilitating live sessions for diverse groups of professionals seeking PMP certification and advanced project management skills.

The trainer will assess participant needs, customize examples and case studies, and provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring to help learners apply concepts in real-world contexts. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the institute on training schedules, updating content to reflect PMI and industry best practices, supporting exam preparation, and maintaining high learner engagement and satisfaction in an online environment.

Qualifications

- Current PMI-Certified PMP with robust knowledge of PMBOK and PMI methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led virtual training for professional audiences.
- Expertise in project management practices, including planning, execution, risk, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for engaging remote learners.
- Ability to design or adapt training materials, case studies, and exercises for diverse industries and cultures.
- Experience coaching or mentoring professionals at varying career levels, from junior to executive.
- Comfort with virtual training platforms, eLearning tools, and blended learning approaches.
- Additional certifications (e.g., PMI-PBA, ITIL, Agile/ Scrum) and prior corporate training or consulting experience are highly beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, equitable learning practices and sensitivity to multicultural participant groups.
