We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor to manage and supervise plumbing works at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, ensuring proper execution of plumbing installations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the site team for smooth progress of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day plumbing work at the construction site.
- Coordinate and allocate work to plumbers, helpers and other site workers.
- Read and understand plumbing drawings, layouts and specifications.
- Ensure plumbing works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, soil/waste and other plumbing systems.
- Check pipe routing, levels, slopes, supports, fittings and installation
- Coordinate with civil, electrical and other MEP teams to avoid clashes and delays.
- Check material requirements at site and inform the office/purchase team in advance.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Conduct and supervise pressure testing, leakage testing and other required tests.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project/site team for their resolution.
- Maintain daily progress and manpower records.
- Report daily/weekly work progress to the management.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
- Coordinate inspections with the client/consultant/site engineer as required.
- Ensure rectification of defective or incomplete plumbing work.
- Monitor work progress according to the project schedule.
- Maintain proper coordination between site workers, office and management.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in plumbing/site supervision, preferably in residential, commercial or high-rise construction projects.
- Positive knowledge of plumbing installation and construction-site practices.
- Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
- Experience in supervising plumbers and helpers.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, material requirements and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.

Preferred:
- Experience in MEP/plumbing contracting companies.
- Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant plumbing standards and testing procedures is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
